  • 3 oz bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 3 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 3 oz cottage cheese (or ricotta)
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a baking pan by spraying it with cooking oil.
