  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter (for greasing the casserole dish)
  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups beef rind crumbs
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with butter. Spread cooked chicken evenly on the bottom.
  4. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken.
  5. Layer Swiss cheese slices on top of the sauce.
  6. In a bowl, mix beef rind crumbs with grated parmesan and melted butter; sprinkle over the cheese.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
