  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Low carb pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 13×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a food processor, blend cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, garlic, and oregano; blend until combined.
  3. Layer the bottom of the baking pan with half of the mozzarella cheese. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese layer.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until set and slightly golden.
  5. Remove from oven; spread low carb pizza sauce on top and add remaining mozzarella cheese along with desired toppings.
  6. Broil for 2-5 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Allow to rest before slicing.
