  • 4 oz softened cream cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 cup low carb pizza sauce
  • Optional: assorted pizza toppings (turkey pepperoni, bell peppers, olives)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 13×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a food processor or electric mixer, blend softened cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and oregano; mix well.
  3. Layer the bottom of the prepared pan with Asiago cheese (or preferred cheese) and half of the mozzarella. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  5. Remove from oven, spread low carb pizza sauce on top, add any desired toppings, and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  6. Broil until bubbly and brown, watching closely to prevent burning.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares.
