  • 3 tablespoons Swerve confectioners sugar substitute

  • 5 tablespoons butter, unsalted and melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons Swerve granulated sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, Swerve confectioners sugar substitute, cinnamon, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased 9×9 baking dish and bake for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
  4. In another bowl, blend cream cheese, Swerve confectioners sugar substitute, heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the pre-baked crust.
  6. For the cinnamon swirl topping, mix Swerve granulated sweetener and cinnamon; sprinkle over the cheesecake layer and swirl gently with a knife.
  7. Bake for approximately 30 minutes until edges are set but center remains slightly jiggly.
