  • 3/4 cup Swerve Granular
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 3/4 cups almond flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup powdered Swerve Sweetener
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free sprinkles
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. For the crust, cream together softened butter and Swerve Granular until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually combine with the wet mixture.
  4. Press the crust into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. For the filling, beat cream cheese and powdered Swerve until smooth. Add an egg, vanilla, and heavy whipping cream; mix until combined.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for about 40 minutes or until set around edges but slightly jiggly in center.
  7. Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
