  • 6 cups chopped lettuce (green leaf or romaine)
  • ½ lb. sliced turkey
  • ½ lb. salami
  • ¾ cup chopped provolone cheese
  • 2 large vine tomatoes
  • ½ red onion
  • ¼ cup pepperoncinis
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp red apple vinegar
  • 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the lettuce and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, turkey, salami, provolone, tomatoes, onion, and pepperoncinis.
  3. For the dressing, whisk together olive oil, red apple vinegar, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and gently toss until evenly coated.
