  • 1/2 cup milk (of choice)
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • Pinch of salt (1/16 tsp)
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • Optional: 3 tbsp peanut butter (or melted chocolate chips)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Ensure canned coconut milk is at room temperature if using.
  2. In a blender, combine cocoa powder, milk, bananas, salt, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  3. If desired, add peanut butter or melted chocolate chips and blend again until incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them three-quarters full. Insert sticks and freeze for at least four hours or until solid.
  5. To serve, run under lukewarm water for 15 seconds to release the fudgsicles easily.
