  • 2 medium zucchinis, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, drained

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)

Instructions
