  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Butter lettuce
  • Tzatziki sauce
  • Crumpled feta cheese
  • Sliced onion
  • Sliced tomato
  • Sliced avocado

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, diced red onion, minced garlic, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped baby spinach, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
