  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum (omit if your flour blend contains gum)
  • 2 oz dairy-free chocolate chips (50g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the dairy-free margarine and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and xanthan gum; mix until combined.
  4. Transfer dough to a piping bag and pipe three-inch cookie shapes onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until pale golden. Cool on a wire rack.
  6. Melt chocolate and dip each cookie end before letting them set.
