  • 113 grams unsalted butter
  • 100 grams light brown sugar
  • 115 grams granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 425 grams mixed chocolate
  • 150 grams toasted pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix gluten-free flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and baking soda; set aside.
  3. Cream butter and sugars in a stand mixer until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
