  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 2/3 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • Optional: 2 tsp ground cinnamon
