- 30 g coconut oil
- 15 g cocoa powder
- 200 g cashews (soaked)
- 200 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 50 g dates
- juice of 1/2 lime
- seeds from 1 vanilla pod
- 30 g raspberries

- Soak cashews in water for at least an hour or overnight.
- Line a small baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, blend soaked cashews, dates, oats, coconut oil, and cocoa powder until smooth.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan evenly.
- Blend raspberries, additional dates, lime juice, and vanilla seeds until creamy.
- Spread the raspberry filling over the crust and smooth the top.
