  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread remaining Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Fill each noodle with the seafood mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour leftover Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake covered for 20 minutes; then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
  6. Let cool slightly before garnishing with parsley and serving.
