  • 2 cooked & shredded chicken breasts or 2 large cans of chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • 2 stalks of celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • Seasonings: garlic powder, dill, parsley, salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise (or yogurt), celery, dill pickles, red onion, and seasonings.
  2. Stir until well-mixed.
  3. Serve immediately in lettuce wraps or on bread. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container.
