  • 2/3 cup No Sugar Added SunButter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 cup turbinado sugar OR 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice; set aside.
  2. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine dairy-free white chocolate chips with SunButter and optional coconut oil. Microwave for 1 minute on high; stir until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, pour rice chex cereal and add the melted mixture; stir until evenly coated.
