  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2/3 cup 2% milk
  • 1 package Jell-O butterscotch pudding mix (99g)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp 2% milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine white sugar, eggs, and melted butter; mix well.
  3. Add milk, butterscotch pudding mix, baking powder, and salt; stir until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold in the flour until there are no dry clumps.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40–50 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
