  • 2 ears of fresh corn on the cob (husk removed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder or smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Remove husks from the corn and rinse under cool water if needed.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, and chili powder. Mix well.
  3. Use a basting brush to coat each ear of corn evenly with the seasoning mixture.
